On January 1st, 2010, Dan McClure noted on Facebook that the year was starting off nicely: Mary’s lost wallet had been returned and, in what seemed a positive sign:  his rosemary was in bloom.  I shot back that I thought that seemed like a good title for a song and that if he’d write the lyrics, I’d write a song. 

Well - he posted the lyrics there on Facebook the next day and so the game was afoot.   I had a partial version of the song by the 4th, and with Dan and John’s input, a complete version recorded by the end of the month.  

This version is from January 31st, a “sketch” to try out a few ideas.   It’s probably slower than we’ll wind up doing it, but most likely the song will go on hold for a while - we may well pick up on this at JDJ-4 - whenever that happens.
